If you have an existing Piranha account, you must make sure it is linked to your PriceYak account using the "link" option in Piranha. If you had already setup Piranha, you can DISABLE automatic balance maintenance on there (and delete your retailer accounts from there if you like). Check the box next to "Automatically apply GCs during checkout if balance is lower than order amount" on the bottom of the fulfillment account settings page for each of your fulfillment accounts. That's it! From then on, PriceYak will begin placing orders on your Amazon account, and if it sees that the gift balance on your account is too low during checkout it will apply codes one-by-one until your balance is sufficient. This week, we've improved Listing Creation and scored $100 of free credit on Hipshipper for PriceYak customers!  Faster Listing Creation We've reworked our listing creation infrastructure so that batches progress more consistently. Now, listings will begin to process and list immediately within your batch. Please note, large batches can still take hours to process. Introducing VeROmatic!

VeRO is one of the biggest factors holding back eBay dropshippers. After over a month of development, we've launched a new tool called VeROmatic, which uses proprietary rules and machine learning to prevent you from listing items that put you at a big risk of a VeRO strike. De-risk your listings with VeROmatic: Enable VeROmatic! When you log in to PriceYak, check the VeROmatic box on your listings settings page: We highly recommend VeROmatic! We have plans to add even more sophisticated rules to the system, and as long as you have it enabled the new rules will automatically help filter out risky new listings. You can see which of your existing listings we think is at risk of a VeRO claim on our new VeRO risk page: See your live listings that have VeRO risk If equations are easier for you: Not only do VeRO strikes come out of nowhere and threaten your eBay store, but they also restrict many large dropshippers from listing as many items as they'd like. We can think of this as an equation: max_listings = max_monthly_strikes / monthly_vero_strikes_per_listing max_listings - Maximum number of listings you can have in one eBay store max_monthly_strikes - The maximum number of VeRO strikes you're okay with getting per month (a guess, based on what level you think eBay triggers account suspension) monthly_vero_strikes_per_listing - The average number of VeRO strikes a listing will get in a month. E.g. if this is 0.01, then about 1% of your listings get a VeRO strike each month. Our goal with VeROmatic is to decrease monthly_vero_strikes_per_listing, thus letting you maintain a higher number of listings in each eBay store and increase sales!
